what is your returns policy?
we offer a 14-day, hassle-free return policy. if you’re not happy with your item for any reason, we’ll send you a prepaid label and issue a full refund - no questions asked.
can i change or cancel my order?
yes, just drop us a message within 2 hours of placing your order. after that, we can’t guarantee changes as it may already be in the post.
how long will my order take to arrive?
standard delivery takes 3 - 5 working days from dispatch. we’ll send you a tracking link once it’s on its way!
my item arrived damaged - what should i do?
we’re really sorry about that. please email us a photo of the damage and we’ll either replace the item or offer a full refund.
do you ship internationally?
we currently ship from UK and USA - but we’re looking to expand - if you’d like to stock in your shop we can ship worldwide.
are your products dishwasher safe?
some are, some aren’t - it depends on the style. you’ll find care instructions listed on each product page.
